The upgrade of the Digital Control System & the modifications to the air conditioning systems required the removal of the obsolete Staefa building management control system and provision of new Johnson BACnet control system, re-engineering the air distribution systems and air conditioning plant to improve internal temperature control and air quality, improve plant operation and reduce energy costs.
