ACMV was engaged to project manage the removal of the existing gas fired boiler and heating water system for ventilation and swimming pool, and the removal of evaporative coolers as well as the provision of a new boiler for swimming pool heating, provision of new reverse cycle air conditioning, upgrade of control system, upgrade of electrical switchboards, and upgrade of site power supply, co-ordination of new Western Power transformers.
Glen Tatam was involved with the preliminary review of the existing installation and provision of various options for the new air conditioning system and associated budget cost estimates. ACMV provided the design concept for the accepted option for the air conditioning, organised the engagement of electrical and structural engineers to assist with project delivery, provided of tender documentation for mechanical services and the associated electrical services upgrade works, project management, overview commissioning and practical completion.
