Initial investigation undertaken to report on the operation and performance of the air conditioning plant, which identified that the chiller had exceeded its economic life and the control system was obsolete. It was also identified that the building was operating under a significant negative pressure. ACMV was subsequently engaged to provide design, tender documentation and project management services to replace the chiller, upgrade the BMS digital control system and to recommission air distribution systems and the chilled and heating water systems.
